Small things that make an email feel written for one person
Personal details, with a fallback
Type two braces, or press Personalise, to add a field. If a first name is missing, the reader sees your fallback, never a blank.
Show a block only to some people
Set “Show only when” on any block, so wholesale buyers and home brewers each see their own offer in the same email.
