What you do at each step, and what Poplitu does for you. Pick a step.
A campaign is a plan with a goal and dates. Its page shows what goes out when, with copies that go out together on one row. A quick post needs no plan: it goes to General, which is built in.
Ask in plain words. Copilot looks through your posts and your results, drafts for each network, then asks before anything is scheduled. Nothing is published until you say so.
Copy a post to your other networks in one step. Each copy is its own draft and is scheduled on its own: changing one doesn’t change the others.
Pick a change. Your post stays as it is until you use the new version.
Other networks’ copies don’t change.
Hashtag ideas for the post you are writing, a description for each picture, and a comment written from the post.

Scheduling, publishing and deleting wait for your approval.
When a post goes live, fails or passes a number, the next thing happens by itself: a new post, a message to the team, an email. Test it first: nothing is posted while you try.
Every network has its own limit. The count sits beside the text, and a post over its limit says what to fix before it can be scheduled.
The preview folds your text where the network will: after about 210 characters on LinkedIn and about 125 on Instagram. X stops at 280.
Split long text into a thread in one press. Each entry is posted as a reply to the one before.
Add up to 10 comments under a post: right after it, after a delay, or when the post takes off.
Worked out from how your posts did, once you have enough of them to learn from.
Every link in a campaign carries the campaign’s tag. Set the source and medium once, and clicks show where the network reports them.
Edit a scheduled post freely. What goes out changes only when you press Update, and Compare shows both versions.
The last 100 versions of a post are kept. Restore an older one, or bring a deleted post back within 30 days.
The settings only one network has sit beside the post, so nothing is left to finish on the network itself. One it requires says Needed.
Pick a Poplitu form, or a page from a tool you already use, and its link is added to the post. No copying and pasting.

Sign in to each network once. The editor knows its limits, its formats and how it draws a post, so what you see is what goes out.
An owner or an admin connects each account. Everyone else posts through it and never sees a password.
Every post needs a picture or a video.
Write an article with a title, a cover and tags, and publish it to DEV and Hashnode from the same editor.
In each campaign, a network keeps its own defaults: the accounts, hashtags, link and usual time. New posts start with them, and two accounts on one network each keep their own settings and results.
Give each person a role. Writers write, managers approve, and a post leaves only when someone with the right to publish has said yes.
A member’s post waits in Approvals and keeps its time. Once it is approved, it goes out.
Approve, ask for changes or reject. Changes and a rejection each need a note, and the writer is told in the app.
If an approved post is edited, it goes back for review. What was approved is what goes out.
Turn it on for a campaign, and each new post in it waits for someone else’s yes.
Four roles. Each adds to the one above
Notices in the app
Send a post after another one is live, or once it passes a number of views, likes, comments or shares.
Each account has its own result. A failure says what happened and what to do, and the accounts that are live are not touched.
When a network does not confirm a post, it is marked for you to check. It is never guessed, and never sent twice.
The editor, the design tool, the calendar, the approvals and the reporting, all in one place and all talking to each other.
Forms, surveys and quizzes that capture leads. Pick one in the post editor and its link goes out with the post.
Explore Forms →Design an email, send it from your own domain and read who opened it. It uses the same media library as your posts.
Explore Email →Post again when a post passes a number, send an email when one goes live, and tell the team when one fails.
See automations →LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, Slack, Telegram, DEV and Hashnode. Each one has its limits and formats built into the editor. A YouTube upload arrives as private and a TikTok video lands in your TikTok drafts, for you to publish there.
No. Write the post for one network, then press Copy to networks. Each network gets its own draft, in a format it takes, marked “Also on…”. A copy that is too long says so, and you can shorten it or make it a thread.
No. Every post belongs to a campaign, but a quick post goes to General, which every workspace has. You can move it into a campaign later.
Yes. Give writers the Member role. Their posts wait in Approvals, where a manager approves them or asks for changes with a reason. A campaign can also ask for approval on every post.
One social account, one seat, 10 posts a month, the editor, the calendar and analytics, and 500 AI credits a month.
Yes. Edit it freely: what goes out changes only when you press Update, and Compare shows both versions. A manager, admin or owner can also drag it to another day on the calendar, or unschedule it. A member’s change goes back for review.
The other accounts still go out. The one that failed says what happened and what to do, and you can retry just that account. If a network does not confirm a post, it is marked for you to check, so nothing is sent twice.
Yes. An owner or admin can create a share link to the live report. It can have an end date, and you can turn it off at any time.
Not on its own. Copilot drafts posts, and you approve what should be scheduled. Scheduling, publishing and deleting always wait for your approval.
