Field Types
Reference guide for all available form fields
You will find these in the Blocks panel in the sidebar, under Form. Drag one onto the canvas to add it.
Text Input
Single-line input. Best for names, titles and short answers.
Single-line input for an email address.
Password
Single-line input that masks what is typed.
Textarea
Multi-line input. Best for comments, feedback and longer explanations.
Select
A dropdown where the person picks one option. Best for long lists like countries or categories.
Radio Group
A visible list of options where the person picks one. Best for short lists and yes/no questions.
Rating
A rating scale, for feedback and satisfaction questions.
Beyond inputs
The Blocks panel also has text (headings and paragraphs in several sizes), buttons (solid, outline, ghost and subtle, in five sizes) and links. Images, videos, shapes and icons come from their own panels in the sidebar.
