Quick Start

Follow these steps to create your first form with Poplitu.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, you'll need:

• A Poplitu account (sign up here)
• A website where you want to embed your form (optional)

Step 1: Create a New Form

1. Go to your Dashboard.
2. Start from scratch, or pick a template from the Playbook.
3. Give your form a name, for example "Contact Us" or "Feedback Survey".

Step 2: Build Your Form

1. Open the Blocks panel in the sidebar and drag what you need onto the canvas — text inputs, a dropdown, radio options, a rating.
2. Click any block to edit it in the properties panel on the right.
3. Drag blocks around the canvas to place them where you want.

Step 3: Make It Yours

1. Select a block and use the properties panel to change its colour, font, border and shadow.
2. Add your logo from the Uploads panel, or a picture from Photos.
3. Use Preview in the top bar to see it as your visitors will.

Step 4: Publish & Share

1. Click Publish in the top bar.
2. Back on the dashboard, the form moves to Live. Use Copy link on its card to get the public URL.
3. To put it on your own site instead, go to Settings → Embed and copy the script tag.
